"On Monday 28th November I had cause to telephone your company to report a water filter that was replaced last January and had developed a fault. How nice it was in this modern age to talk to somebody when the telephone was answered, which I add, was very prompt. The lady was very efficient and her voice so clear. All three lines were engaged so she offered to ring me back (most unusual) but within seconds a line became clear and I spoke to a gentleman who took my name and address details and informed me that as soon as these were verified a replacement would be sent and should arrive on Wednesday 30th November- that is what I call service! On a previous occasion I required some tubing for the filter that had been moved in the process of fitting a new kitchen. This request was dealt with by the lady answering the telephone and was delivered within two days free of charge. Once again may I congratulate you on the manner in which you treat your customers.

System 40 Water Filter
"We have been using the System 40 Water Filter for the past month. It took just forty five minutes to fit the complete system, including fitting the tap. I have found that a great burden has lifted from our household, no more messing about with awkward jugs and calculating the number of fills! This must be how it felt when our forefathers stopped using the well and the pump! My four year old daughter can use the system without fear of spillage and can therefore make her own drinks. The taste of the water remains as high a quality as from the filter jugs, but gains that added chilled factor the mains supply has, this has been of great benefit during the recent hot spell. We have also been using filtered water more in food preparation, where before there never seemed to be enough jug filtered water. The whole family are thrilled with the system and we have personally recommended it to our friends. The cost of installation will roughly equal the cost of buying replacement filters (and the odd jug) over the next three years, after that we will be saving about thirty pounds a year. Thanks once again for introducing us to the System 40 Water Filter.

Water Softener
"The water softener has brought about dramatic improvements. Most noticeably is that the water is now completely free from any lime scale. any residue left around the washbasin or bath, taps are also cleaner and the water runs freely. We have also noticed that we need less detergent and softener in the washing machine. We are more than satisfied with the results. Anyone living in an area where there is hard water should consider fitting a system 540 . Many thanks.

Is it possible to download a copy of the installation instructions in French for the plumber. I am not sure my French is technical enough to translate accurately! 5 Stage RO System
"Received & fitted 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis water filter system (RO5EW) this morning - no problems encountered with fitting the unit with the exception of your rather confusing fitting instructions. After contacting you by phone I now understand that these instructions are generic & non specific to the actual parts delivered, ie. faucet to sink washers + not 4 colour tubing! Anyway, these confusing issues were easily overcome with the help of a friendly Chris over the phone. I purchased the unit for 1 reason only - to avoid scum forming on tea, wow, it actually works & 100% too!!! I hadn't realised that I'd forgotten what tea should taste like - my first & subsequent cups have tasted like pure nectar (tea actually!)!!! If I'd only known about these devices years ago! If anyone has got as far as considering installing such a device then stop thinking & simply install, promise, you won't regret any of your hard earned cash being handed over on a product that performs as well as all the marketing blurb."
